Hands down the only plumbers in Miami Dade with all it takes to be called a professional. Timeliness, responsiveness, knowledgeable, courteous, available 24/7, answer their phone, come when they say they will come, can fix anything and everything, stay withing budget or estimate, call you with updates on the progress of the work, send you emails with photos and videos of the repair, before, during and after. Call them, you will not be disappointed. They service 4 of my properties and I never was disappointed by them.

Excellent!! At 10PM I realized that my sink was filling up by itself with greasy, dirty warm water. I wasn't using any so it had to come from somewhere else. We called and they came (including the owner!!), they were very hands on and solved the problem in the moment. Their work is much appreciated and they didn't mind working on a Saturday night until 2AM!! Very pleasant experience

I've used Titan twice in the past few months. Both times the customer service was excellent, the price was exactly as quoted, and they morning confirmation texts and calls prior to arrival. I would highly recommend them! P.S. their pricing is untouchable.

Going above and beyond doesn't begin to describe my experience with Aaron, Andres and the guys at Titan Plumbing. I have had some issues with the main drain line leading to the city sewer. The root system from a large oak tree and ficus had invaded the line and caused backups. I shopped around and found Titan to be right in the ballpark of the other firms in town. However, they were out the next day to evaluate, gave me a price on the spot and gave me a very good feeling that they were honest, hard working people anxious to help solve my problem. They showed up on time, worked diligently from 9am to 3am the first day and 9am to 10pm the second day. They finished ahead of when promised and the owner was here himself getting dirty and making things happen. The level of communication was superb and I was constantly updated on the status with texts, images, and phone calls. They dug up, removed and replaced 65' of drain pipe in two days! There is only one plumber I would ever call again and recommend with confidence. Titan plumbing. Thank you guys!
